Circle of Creativity II
To continue this month with our theme of "inspire" and our Circle of Creativity, I've decided to look to the images which have inspired me, and share their story. These images were not "created" for this months entry in the Circle, but rather, chosen as they have their own magnificent story, which I'd like to share.
Inspire - verb
To fill or affect with a specified feeling, thought,to influence or impel...
Whatever your journey or the path you're on, you'll find yourself in moment, a space and time, where you simply know you're witnessing Mother Nature's perfection, and feel as if the show before you was performed just for you.
Such was the case outside the Clare Abbey, County Clare, Ireland. This was my 2nd visit to the homeland of my great-great-grandmother, Hannah Moylan Atkinson. I'd already witnessed the beauty and wonder of Ireland, andwhile enjoying the visit, I wasn't expecting the moment. As we walked to visit the Abbey ruins, the horses in the field nearby began to perform, not simply walk, trot or run, but they danced for us ... Being in the moment, one of the most magnificent moments of my life, the beauty of it bringing me to tears. They finished their show, and moved home again... the moment was over, but the images will remind and continue to inspire me, always.
